Mizzica Mai Tai (Mango Cream Mai Tai Twist)

A classic Mai Tai is all about balance: rum strength, citrus snap, and that mellow nutty sweetness from orgeat. This version adds a smooth mango layer that makes it feel more summery and a bit more indulgent — without turning it into a sugar bomb.

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard.
  3. Fine strain into a crystal rocks glass.
  4. Top with crushed ice and garnish.

Serving Tips

  • Pack the crushed ice — it’s meant to melt slowly and evolve.
  • Clap the mint before garnishing (wakes up the aroma).
